Alleged arsonist in custody in Dixon
Bonnie Balayti, a Dixon woman, is in custody at the Lee County Law Enforcement Center on aggravated arson and arson charges for allegedly setting fires at 514 1/2 Nachusa Ave. No injuries were reported.
