An eight year old boy, Joshua Rienstra, was treated and released at KSB Hospital after a Thursday morning car pedestrian collision near Washington School in Dixon. Police ticketed Joann DeVaille for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk and cited another motorist for improper lane use and obscured rear windshield after a separate Second Street and Galena Avenue crash.
