Man points pellet gun then is run over on I-39
Rochelle Rochelle Rockford area man William B Dees 47 pointed what looked like a pistol at Rochelle teenagers Jessi Collier 22 and Michael Gosnell 22 as their vehicles stopped at a rest area on I-39 two miles north of Rochelle. Dees later was run over by Gosnell s car and taken to Rochelle Community Hospital then transferred to Rockford with serious injuries. Investigators say the pellet gun was unloaded and Dees may have been under the influence. No charges against Gosnell as of today and the case remains under investigation.
