Rochelle Man Arrested After Burglary At G D Tap
Rochelle Police arrested Russell D. Gann at a friend's home after a burglary at G D Tap on Cherry Avenue. The 23-year-old, of 418 North Second Street, allegedly hid in the bar area after closing and took cash before dawn Thursday. He was detained by Rochelle Police and held at Ogle County jail pending court.
