U S oil output dips to multi decade low in March
U S daily crude oil production fell 8.2 percent year over year to 7.7 million barrels in March, the API said, the lowest since the 1960s. The drop was partly tied to the Valdez tanker grounding and a large year to year decline in Lower 48 output, with Alaska steady declines continuing.
