Carrar Joserh L. Haypen of South Boston, formerly Captain, now with Walworth Manufacturing, writes from 924 Fourth Street on April 2 1883 that his wife suffered severe back and side pain and weakness before using Hunt's Remedy. After one dose she slept better and soon the pains disappeared. He notes many relatives used it with positive results and calls Hunt's Remedy a real blessing for kidney or liver trouble.
Mr C O Wheeler of Cambridgeport Massachusetts reports long standing kidney disease relief after one bottle of Hunts Remedy. He purchased from A P Gilson Boston and says pains and weakness vanished and urges others with kidney or liver disease to try it.
William S Baker of Lewis Vigo County Indiana reports his two year old son suffered scrofula in the hip. After failing with physicians, he used Wise’s Sarsaparilla and Stillingia Blood and Liver Syrup in 1862 and the sores healed. Now twenty one, he again seeks the medicine for another case. Wise’s Axle Grease note follows.
