A divorce was granted Thursday to T, B. Rawlings of Oelwein, divorcing him from Helen Rawlings, also of Oelwein. Parties were married Get. 26, 1926, in Cedar Rapids, and lived together until June, 1927, when the defendant, Helen Rawlings, deserted her husband. The court granted the defendant the right to resume her maiden name of Helen Lotts. E. J, O'Connor was the attorney for Mr. Rawlings while Mrs. Rawlings appeared by W. B. Ingersoll.
