Hill Finds Hens Found Guilty And Fined In Sage Hen Case
Sam Hill of Butte pleaded guilty before Justice Pete Hansen at Lima for killing more than the limit of sage hens near Dead Man's creek. Deputy Game Warden Edmunds arrested him. he paid a $27.50 fine. The birds were auctioned under state department rules after the season closed September 24.
