Montana District Court Passes Guilty Pleas and Sentences

In the September term state court Thos Witherall pled guilty to grand larceny and received two years in the penitentiary while Lillian Witherall pled guilty to petit larceny and drew two months in county jail. James W Feitzer was found guilty of perjury and sentenced to two and a half years in state prison with hard labor. Jno L McKinney was found not guilty of grand larceny and discharged. Lizzie Daly and John Olsenberg were admitted to citizenship. Louis Krugers Rafael Mathews were dismissed at plaintiff's cost without prejudice.
