James W Feitzer was found guilty of perjury and sentenced to two and a half years in state prison with hard labor. Jno L McKinney was found not guilty of grand larceny and discharged. Lizzie Daly and John Olsenberg were admitted to citizenship. Louis Krugers Rafael Mathews were dismissed at plaintiff's cost without prejudice.
