The action seeks $300 plus four interest coupons totaling 48, with 10 percent interest after maturity, plus costs and attorney's fees. It also forecloses a mortgage on the N E Y and N E S E of section 2 township 15 south range 11 west to secure the promissory note and coupons.
Nellie G Murphy sues Robert T Murphy in the Beaverhead judicial district for a divorce action. The case is filed in the Bea verhead County court with summons issued to the defendant.
