Funeral of E. E. Murray Held Yesterday
Edward E. Murray's death was ruled accidental drowning after a fall into Blacktail Creek near a narrow footbridge. His body was found in a shallow hole behind Mrs. Sarah Howard's home on Railroad Ave. The funeral was held Thursday at Brundage chapel with Rev. T. W. Bennett officiating. Surviving relatives include his divorced wife Ida Murray and adopted daughter Marian, both of Whittier California, and brother L. S. Murray of San Diego.

Dan Kelly, a well known Butte attorney, will speak at Hartwig Theater in Dillon next Monday evening about the amendment on the Metal Mines Tax to be decided at the upcoming election. The theater’s regular Monday feature will be shown with no charge for admission. A new card room and soft drink lounge opened on North Montana street by Jack Porter and Frank Knotts.
