Four Court Cases Involving Disturbing The Peace And Water Diversion
Justice Holden heard four cases this week including a jury trial. Fred Wood was fined 50 dollars plus costs and jailed for lack of funds for disturbing the peace. Geo Pollock was fined 100 dollars and jailed 60 days for disturbing the peace. Frank Price’s unlawful diversion of water was dismissed.
