Jones John G Willis and unknown parties to quiet title on Beaverhead county real estate described as section 20 and 21 township 2 58 range 15 west. Defendants must answer within twenty days and risk default judgment. The suit cites a 1898 mortgage on the land by Aura Christensen as a cloud on title. Mrs Angy Chadwick aged over 96 a Lima pioneer died Saturday afternoon at the home of Mrs Kate Fitzharris where she had lived for years Her husband a railroad man died about three years ago and she later came to this city to be cared for by the county The funeral was held here Sunday and she was buried in Mountain View cemetery.
