End Comes Suddenly Pioneer of Beaverhead County Dies
John R. Selway a famed Beaverhead settler and builder of the first frame house in the county died suddenly at his Dillon home aged 65. He returned from town with butter, asked for a mustard plaster, then suffered heart failure and died within an hour. He leaves a widow and seven children. funeral at M B church.
