Special correspondence reports a burglary at the West Side Grocery Company store last Saturday night. The assailants entered the town in a waterlogged area known as the Watseca mine region and took all available items.

Observation Party Delights Montana Normal Seniors
Miss Flora Crayer entertained the senior class of the Montana State Normal with an observation party at her home on Friday. A large crowd enjoyed refreshments though an unknown donor left a note reading For the seniors stolen goods sheriff out of town. Later part of the ice cream and cake was stolen by a miscreant, a possible hobo or reform school candidate.

Elliott Brothers to Open Steam Laundry in Dillon
A. R. Elliott and W. C. Elliott announce Dillon's new steam laundry to be built at the Montana Sebree corner. W. O. Elliott is traveling to Chicago to buy machinery for an eight horsepower engine and a crew of six to eight workers. The 36 by 32 foot building should be ready for operation by July 1.

Livery Stable Change Hands In Dillon Montana
George Quinn sold his livery stable to Will Staudaker and E T Broeck Tuesday. The new proprietors took possession Wednesday and plan to add rigs and equipment to make it a leading city stable. Quinn departs for Butte then northern state to pursue livery ventures.

State Purchases City Water Works Bonds at Premium
A 65 000 dollar water works bond issue was sold at city hall last Saturday. Bids started at par with B F White then raised by Union Bank and Trust's Secretary McKinnon and G T Paul representing the state who topped it. The state bought the bonds paying 4 450 in premium, pending land department approval. Edwin Norris conducted the sale as city council clerk. Preparatory work for the system will begin at once.
