Clark Sent on His Way After Drunkenness Plea
T. W. Clark was arraigned in police court before Magistrate L. P. Phillips last Tuesday on drunkenness. Chief Sassman arrested him. Clark pleaded guilty and Judge Phillips imposed a $10 fine with a suspended sentence of one hour to allow him to leave town.

District Forest Service reports April 24 contracts signed for the Bitterroot to Big Hole road extension from Camp Creek across the continental divide to Trail Creek joining county roads. Wesley Miller, in charge of a million acre Chi huahua ranch owned by Montana investors including his father Charles E. Miller of Wisdom and ex Lt Governor W R Allen, was ordered by wire to depart Mexico and return to Montana due to the unstable situation.
