Wold Answers Foreclosure Suit in Dillon Mortgage Case
The district court received Oscar M Wold's separate answer in a suit against him and the Dillon Implement Co by Hecla Mercantile and Banking Co to foreclose a $381 mortgage. Wold agrees the plaintiff deserves judgment and that the property should be sold to satisfy the claim with attorney Oscar Welle of Melrose representing him.
