Dillon Health Board Orders Vaccination for School Students
The Dillon board of health met at Dr Kingsbury a decision allowed Beaverhead County High School and District 10 to reopen March 24. All teachers and pupils must be vaccinated or show proof or face exclusion. Exposed pupils to smallpox must be excluded until risk passes. Secretary to notify school boards. In Butte last Friday Dillon high school girls defeated Butte 2 to 0 after a controversial game marred by an unfamiliar referee. Umpires Sebree and Robison and a Butte coach disputed calls as Dillon and Miss Selway and Miss McIntosh led strong Dillon plays. The result stood after Butte forfeited following disputed fouls and procedural errors.

City Clerk Norris forwarded to Andrew Carnegie on March 6 a copy of the resolutions and ordinance for the free public library building. Carnegie offered to donate 7500 dollars and his secretary answered to contact R A Franks in Hoboken to arrange payment. Norris stated construction would begin very soon.

Postponement of Saddle Buy in Dillon
A seller informs readers that the April 5 saddle beef sale in Dillon is postponed due to moving headquarters to Sheridan Wyoming. He will schedule a new sale date later in the season and will advertise the date in this paper.
