Health resort plan tied to Elkhorn camp for ex service men
Beaverhead post may gain use of Elkhorn plot for a log camp to aid sick and disabled World War veterans during summer. Forestry service favors the camp if finances, city contracts for summer concerts, and post support align, with grounds large enough for tents and a log building near the hot springs. Forest Supervisor Sommers backs the idea within rules. In other news, John E. McAllister, 35, a Wise River camp foreman, lies dying in Butte hospital after a shooting by William E.
