Death claim casts Foote family into mourning in Butte
Mrs. L. R. Foote learned of her father David J. Creighton’s death from the Never Sweat mine accident in Butte. Creighton aged 63 collapsed at 3 15 pm on the 1400 level and died shortly after in St James hospital. He was held in high regard by friends and employers and the funeral was held in Butte on Sunday with Prof. Foote attending.
