Hern of Beaverhead county Montana files intent to prove desert land claim No. 1765 for the southwest quarter and other described lands in section 7 and 8 township 1 range 23 and 4, before Beaverhead county district court clerk at Dillon on July 3, 1880. Witnesses include William W. Heatley Frank Pendleton Frank A. Housel and Mathias Waldberg of Wisconsin Montana and Minnesota.
Land Office at Helena Montana May 27 Notice is given that WHihan Pierce has filed final proof for his homestead application No 3as6 on the EM SWeeg and WH SEL 4 Se Tpoosay W. Beattie witnesses Patrick Foleyhan James Mansfield Walter S Burnett and Patrick Desmond all of Amesville Montana. Proof will be before the District Court at Dillon July 6 1890. Notice of sale at public auction of the John B. Bushell estate in Bannack Beaverhead County Montana. Administratrix will sell the right title and interest of the deceased with all improvements for cash on June 20 between morning and sunset at the Dannop draw store lot on Main Street. Describes the Deship Drug Store site about forty eight by seventy five feet along Main Street bounded by A F Gracter and Bank Exchange saloon. Sale subject to probate court confirmation.
Benjamin F White and others sue John Chase and others. Real property sale set for June 7 1889 at 2 pm in front of the Dillon courthouse Beaverhead County Montana. One fourth interest in Lost Cloud claim 600 by 60 feet and one fourth in Pirate lode claim 100 by 2 feet with usual appurtenances in the Soat Cloud district.
The Tuscarora mining and smelting company files for a patent on 195 acres of placer claim ground at Angle Place in Beaverhead county Montana territory. Notice is given that Milton Bean of Beaverhead County Montana has filed notice of intention to make proof on desert land entry NW NW quarter of section in Beaverhead County. The hearing before the probate judge in Dillon Montana is set for Saturday June 22 to complete irrigation and reclamation. Notice to Andrew Grubb and heirs that coowners claim an undivided one third interest in the Redeemer claim at the Montana Mining district in Beaverhead County Mont. The notice cites 24 Revised Statutes and states owners have spent required expenditures by March 5 and demand cessation of pad vos and other actions to protect their interests.
