Increases were levied on Ajax Live Stock Bannack Dredge Richard Gallagher Gold Dredge Peter Hendry Bedrock Salmon Gibbonaville Stage Co Robert Selway Martin Sorenson Sam Skelton and others. J D James named justice of the peace for Dillon precinct. road crossings ordered widened. wood and roof painting contracts awarded. adjournment followed. The Old Maids Convention at Dillon theatre drew a full crowd with witty staging and the Makeover machine turning participants into their chosen personas.

John F. Bishop sold his 8000 head sheep to J. E. Hampell for 20000 in cash. Hampell will graze them in Beaverhead county. Bishop plans rest in Dillon and plans to quit ranching, joking he will cut bait and fish.
