Faithful mine changes hands in anxious sale bid
The note describes disposal of the Faithful mine to a new buyer eager to acquire it. Regular correspondence from the village outlines local weather, road work by Sam Skelton, recent dances raising funds, arrivals from Butte, cattle movements, and a Fourth of July celebration plan. Also mentions Dr. Howard’s reluctance to be called again and various local daily incidents.
