Manser tunnel hazard nearly costs Kolbe life
Henry Kolbe and partner James Underwood were working in a Stone Creek tunnel when a heavy loose rock struck Kolbe and trapped him. Underwood freed him and they escaped with bruises to a knee and a hand. The tunnel remains dangerous and workers persist despite the risk.
