Notice to cancel uncancelled mortgages in Dillon office
The office will prepare an abstract of all uncancelled mortgages on record on the first Monday in March and place it with the Assessor. Mortgages will be assessed against the mortgagee unless canceled. Parties may call to cancel paid mortgages by that date to avoid assessment. Dated at Dillon February.
