Hotel Dillon Proposal Prompts City Support and Plans
A Dillon effort to build a modern hotel receives strong backing from business leaders. Leonard Khiel and J. K. Morse donate a corner site on Idaho and Center streets, with a $10,000 subscription toward a $20,000 plus building. Plans by Jno. C. Paulsen of Helena show three stories, brick construction, steam heat, electric light, and extensive ventilation.
