W S Tash moved 450 Hereford cows and 50 registered animals to the Tash ranch in Beaverhead valley to feed until calving. Guy Gray bought fat heifers from Marchesseau Bros. and cows from Pyle Bros. The cattle were driven to Armstead. Marchesseau and family made a Dillon visit then rode to Butte. Local visits include Hazel, Judge, Given, and others. An incident at Pyle ranch left Elmer Hayes with a facial cut. Next Sunday a new engine will operate the Dillon Ski club slide at Elkhorn.
