Dillon Montana city council grants Montana Independent Telephone company authority to erect and maintain poles wires and other equipment in the streets alleys and public ways for telephone service. Poles to be placed along sidewalks near park curb and lot lines with care to public utilities and drainage. Ordinance takes effect upon mayoral approval dated December 1 1909.
