Montana Exhibits for 1915 Panama Exposition

Frank A. Hazelbaker leads Montana's drive to collect and ship top farm products from counties like Gallatin Jefferson and Cascade to the 1915 Panama-Pacific Exposition in San Francisco. The plan includes county displays with grower names and addresses, a possible Montana club house, and a fundraising push of private subscriptions as high as 25 000 to 50 000 dollars. The Montana State Fair board will cooperate, and a convention may be held next summer to rally bankers and businessmen in support of a strong statewide exhibit and broader resources.
