R F Tattersall clerk of school district No 10 completed the census last week finding 677 children in the district, 334 males and 343 females. This shows an increase of 98 from last year. School age 6 to 21 totals 517, with an apportioned district funding around 13000 dollars.

J Kelley and his wife sue the Great Northern Railway Co for 50 000 to 60 000 damages after the July 2 wreck on the Great Northern that killed their six year old son. Kelley says two ribs broken a head wound a crushed foot and a permanent back injury plus his wife spinal injury. Their three year old daughter was unhurt. The suit was filed at Boulder.
