Anderson Brothers Seize Horses in Claims Case
The Anderson Brothers received two horses from Wm Peterson of Lembi County on claim and delivery after they were allegedly stolen last fall. The thief was arrested in Idaho, the jury failed to reach a verdict, and he awaits a new trial on bond. Peterson obtained the horses after they escaped on Bleven Live Stock lands and were returned to Andersons.
