Amended Land Law and Alaska Lands Provisions
The act enumerates land sale limits in Alaska, townsite entries for occupants, survey and payment steps, and protections for native rights, missions, and mineral veins. It sets aside reservations for Metlakahtla Indians, restricts certain lands from sale, and grants canal and irrigation rights of way with liability for damages to settlers.
