Billings Montana September 23 One of Montana s leading bankers W G Conrad of Great Falls offers a trophy cup for the best state exhibit at the International Dry Farming Exposition in Billings October 25 29 during the Fourth Dry Farming Congress October 26 28. The cup bears the state seal and Dry Farming Congress seal and Montana will be barred from competition. The Elks plan a week long fair with pageant street decorations and vaudeville to welcome delegates and support the building fund.
