Bernstien wed Agnes Calloway at her parents home with an Episcopal ceremony and plan to reside at the Wim Smith cottage after Nov. 15. Niblack married Fanny McCracken in Salt Lake City after meeting there. both men are well known and respected in the county with many congratulations.

November Term of Court Sets Dillon Session Schedule
The November term of the district court will convene in Dillon on Wednesday November 7 at 10 oclock a m. The criminal calendar will be light and the term likely shorter than typical jury terms. Civil criminal and probate calendars will be called on day one with cases demurrers and motions set for hearing. A jury will attend this term. Readlng lists show several cases with dates from November 10 to November 19 including Re Rattlesnake Water Company Olsen v Thompson Rix v Norton et al Tibdo v State Bank of Dillon and Gravell Bros v Stagga et al.

Dearborn Civil War Veteran Dies After Illness in Dillon
Frederick William Dearborn 64, longtime Dillon resident and Civil War veteran, died last Saturday at his Kentucky avenue home of heart failure after a week and a half illness. Born in Canada, he later lived in Massachusetts, Boston, Chicago, Clinton Town, Moscow Idaho, before settling in Dillon. He worked as a blacksmith and machinist and was known as Doctor Dearborn for his drug and drink habit cure. He leaves a wife and several children. Funeral Monday at 2 p.m. at the Episcopal church with Rev. S. D. Hooker officiating. burial in Mountain View cemetery.
