Terminal Leave Bonds May Be Assigned to NSI
Veterans may assign terminal leave bonds to the Veterans Administration for National Service Life Insurance or U S government life insurance. Dillon VA rep Al Prowell said bonds can pay insurance premiums, buy new policies or reinstate lapses. Bonds used for premiums must be assigned wholly, with any excess credited to the veteran or held to maturity if requested. Al Prowell works at the selective services office in Dillon each Tuesday. Mr and Mrs Darrel Weaver and family left Dillon for Wenatchee Washington after visiting.
