Elva Boardman chapter held past officers night last Tuesday November 16 with Mrs Verna Jenkins and Lee Martinell presiding In attendance were Luella Kellett Ray Martinell Clifford Calvert Henry Fitter Gladys Quigley Ethel Knox Ralph Quigley Iva Lea Orr Valeria Pierce Ruth Gosman Adda Wilson Verla Norman Grace Martinell May Cantrell and Alfred Manning Gifts were exchanged and a School Days skit followed A.M. gift presentations to Dr R D Curry and Lucy Ford Walker marked the event 55 members and guests enjoyed refreshments and an auction raising 6745 for the Masonic home in Helena Nineteen OES members later attended friendship night in Dubois with games and refreshments The OC E S Christmas party is set for December 8 at the Masonic hall a no host luncheon at White Cafe precedes Reservations are urged A Pythian Sisters bazaar is planned for December 1 at the Peat hotel dining room with food and craft sales Mrs Kenneth Iverson and Mrs Thomas McGuire shopped in Dillon on Tuesday and Mrs McGuire hosted a dinner Thursday
