The act broadens scope to farmers selling milk or cream to creameries and requires strict facility standards cleaning wash facilities water supply manure disposal and cattle health measures including calving separation and udder hygiene and standardized milk handling from milking to delivery with designated milk rooms and temperature rules.

Helena Oct 28 Attorney General Galen issues a ruling to county commissioners confirming that liquor licenses outside city limits must have renewal petitions filed with the county board. In incorporated areas no county petition is needed, but renewals in non municipal areas require a petition before license issuance or renewal with no stated limit on number of licenses.
