Thomas W Poindexter longtime Dillon resident former state auditor died in Butte after perforated stomach ulcer and internal hemorrhage. Funeral Tuesday at 2 pm at Masonic temple with Beavershead county mourners and Masonic lodge honors.

Sunday School Delegates Convene in State Convention
The State Sunday School convention opened last night at the M E church with about thirty five delegates enrolled. President Brown welcomed the attendees and spoke on The Personal Factor. Mrs M F Bryner of Peoria spoke on The Stories of the Sunday School Wheel. Rev H H Moninger of Cincinnati delivered a strong address on the event.

Court Adjourns After Busy Spring District Term
The spring term of the district court adjourned with the trial jury discharged. Andrus v Guidici ended in a verdict for the defendant. James Brown case dismissed due to missing witness Ira Ferguson. Miller found guilty of assault in the third degree and sentenced to six months. Jed Seyde and Ed Burna convicted of second degree assault and sentenced to two and a half years each. Clayton v Schuler awarded plaintiff 7000 for alienation of affections. $10,000 damages noted. Clayton v Clayton proceedings granted divorce with custody arrangements.
