Carrie Jacobs sues Val Jacobs in Beaverhead County Montana District Court. State of Montana summons Val Jacobs to appear and answer the complaint filed in the Clerk's office, with service of a copy to the plaintiff's attorney within twenty days.
The filing alleges extreme cruelty as grounds for dissolution and asks the court to grant a decree dissolving the marriage. Defendants are summoned to appear and answer within the legal time. failure to do so may result in a default judgment. Witness is the court clerk with the seal dated February 21, 1921.
