Bannack Tribe No 16 Organized and Dormitory Plans
Twenty years ago Bannack Tribe No 16 of the Improved Order of Redmen was organized in Odd Fellows hall by state organizer J. B. Geiger with a 33 member charter. Grand Sachem W. H. Dickenson installed officers. roster lists multiple named roles and trustees. Afterward Gov Toole signed the Normal school bonding bill and the institution moved to expedite a dormitory construction plan.
