Rationing Reminders and Stamp Revisions
In states outside the eastern shortage area all coupons are valid through March 21. Various coupons carry deadlines from March 31 to June 30 for A B and C classes. Sugar and fats stamps have extended validity with several book four stamps through May 20 and February 28 1945. A single ration book system replaces multiple denomination stamps with a 10 point stamp and one point tokens for change.
