Lawholds only one registration needed for voting
In a response to R G Wiggenhorn county attorney of Carbon county Attorney General Poin dexter holds that only one registration is required for voting. If a woman marries she may keep her prior registration or re register under a new name as a matter of convenience. The law centers on identity, not name. Re registration cannot be compelled and forcing it could lead to disfranchisement.
