The Normal district hosted a well represented gathering to hear William J. Bryan at the depot Wednesday evening. The first dance of the season occurred at Normal hall Friday, with plans for more events to follow. Marguerite Connor returned Sunday from Melrose, Jeanette Lundgren arrived from Great Falls, Edith Johnson visits as Cascade county deputy superintendent, and Virginian Masel spent the weekend in Butte.
