Notify VA Promptly Of Address Changes

The Veterans Administration reports about 80 000 veterans or dependents miss timely checks due to unnotified address changes. Forwarding at the post office is not enough as government checks cannot be forwarded. Veterans should visit a VA office to submit a change of address or mail a letter with new details. GI insurance holders must also notify VA. The simplest method is using the change of address space on the VA premium notice return envelope.
