Quiet Fourth For Dillon with Outing and Parades
Dillon observes the Fourth as a legal holiday with no local celebration. Many residents, including Elks, will travel to Butte for five days of events, while others picnic in Melrose Lima Jackson or enjoy demos from Monida to Dillon. A July 3 band concert at the public playground precedes a full day of patriotic activities and races plus a grand ball in the evening.
