The American Legion band performed the second in a series of summer concerts last Thursday night to a large attentive crowd. The ensemble will continue giving concerts each Thursday evening as weather permits.
Department of the Interior notice at Helena Montana on June 7 1920 states Sam Huttinga of Blaine Montana has filed intent to prove up three year claims to a homestead entry and a separate settlement, before Fred Rife Dillon on July 16 1920. Named witnesses are William S Tash Adolph T Phanish Fred Marchesseau and Jacob Beese all of Polaris Montana. Joseph Oker Register.
Notice from the Department of the Interior Helena Montana gives Zolla E Clark grant Montana and Oscar W Ersson Dillon Montana hearings for land claims filed May 8 1917 and September 18 1917 with intention to prove up by July 20 and July 24 1920 before U S Commissioner and district court clerk at Dillon with named witnesses and register Jos Oker and Jos Oken.
Murray A. Redman of Dillon Montana filed notice of intention to make three year proof to establish his additional homestead entry No 014124 for BYSwWk section 18 township 6 south range 8 west Montana meridian dated May 2 1916 and seeking final proof.
