A. L. Stone secretary of the State Normal College executive board announces sealed proposals for furnishing and installing plumbing and heating in the new main building and alterations to existing structures at Dillon Montana. Bids accepted until 8 p.m. August 17 1904 accompanied by a $50 certified check payable to J B Poindexter president of the board. Bond guarantees equal to 50 percent of the contract price required and the right to reject bids reserved.
