Public service requires efficient governance and budget reform
The author argues for efficiency in public service and businesslike government. He notes rising state per capita expenses from $3 to $16 and urges a budget commission to control spending. He claims independence, no faction ties, and urges voters to scrutinize candidates rather than being investigated by them.
