The Montana state railroad and public service commission asked a federal court in Billings to overturn an order permitting Northern Pacific to discontinue two motorized trains daily between Helena and Garrison. The board contends the court lacks jurisdiction and seeks restoration of service with a hearing set for July 15 before Judge Charles N. Pray.
