Quarantine Tightened Over Alfalfa Weevil Spread
An amended quarantine proclamation by Governor W. Stewart bans Montana imports of hay from Idaho Colorado and Utah districts affected by the alfalfa weevil. Newly included counties are Bing ham Cassia Payette in Idaho and Delta in Colorado. Fresh fruit vegetables wagons nursery stock and emigrants' moraines face restrictions. Regulations take effect July 15.
